Materials used in connection with E4 Enrichment may be subject to copyright protection. Materials may include, but are not limited to: documents, slides, images, audio, and video. Materials on this Web site are only for the use of students enrolled in classes, for purposes associated with this course, and may not be retained for longer than the class term. Unauthorized retention, duplication, distribution, or modification of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any such content, nor may you distribute any part of this content over any network, including a local area network, sell or offer it for sale, or use such content to construct any kind of database. Copying or storing any content without prior permission strictly prohibited without prior written permission of the University or the copyright holder identified in the individual content’s copyright notice. Terms and Conditions

1.Definition
E4 Enrichment is an online tutorial service offered to its clients referred to as “the student”, as a flexible and affordable means to education. E4 Enrichment shall conduct its tutorial classes through its virtual classroom. Students must have a working computer with google chrome to ensure uninterrupted sessions. “The Services” shall be referred to as the permission to log on to the portal, online tutorial and customer support.

2. Scope of Service
We will connect with our students through our registered software and online portal found in www.e4enrichment.com. The Student must provide his/her computer, internet connection and must create his/her own account in order to access the tutorial services.
Should there be maintenance or upgrade issues, we will notify the Student within the 48 hours prior to the actual activity.
The customer support details shall be provided in your account and can be accessed 24 hours, every day.

3. Privacy Policy
We respect the Student's right to privacy. We will not disclose nor sell the Student’s personal identification and other pertinent details that will reveal any close connection to the Student’s true identity.
Your registered account will be verified through your registered email address. Upon confirmation and, after accepting the terms and conditions, you may log on using your registered account.

4. Payments
You can choose single sessions and/or packages from our service plans. Payments can be made using PayPal, any major credit card, or contact E4 Enrichment for other payment options. Refunds can be made after the conditions in the policy have been met. You may discontinue a reoccurring learning session a week in advance by emailing your instructor to request a cancellation confirmation. Prorated refunds will be promptly processed within seven (7) working days upon receipt of cancellation of the account. If student is absent for 3 consecutive sessions E4 Enrichment reserves the right to fill vacant spot. If we don’t hear from you in 7 days you will receive a prorated refund.

5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Website at all times in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and appropriate for the purposes of the Website and in accordance with the Terms. You agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit Content that: (a) is inaccurate, harmful, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, racist, violent, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable to E4 Enrichment or other Visitors. Any use of the Website that E4 Enrichment, in its sole discretion, finds inappropriate and/or offensive may result in suspension and/or termination of Membership, with or without notice.
You understand that the actual sessions of the tutorials may be recorded and archived for quality assurance purposes and as E4 Enrichment deems necessary for educational purposes. One user per session, any material, information or communication you upload using our facility will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You automatically grant E4 Enrichment an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, adapt, resell and publish all Content (including in digital form). You hereby represent and warrant that you own all rights in the Content, and that no Content will infringe upon the rights of others.
6. Advertisements and Promotions
E4 Enrichment may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Website. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of advertisers other than E4 Enrichment, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. E4 Enrichment is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such non-E4 Enrichment advertisers on the Website.
7. Content Provided Via Links
You may find links to other websites or resources on the Website. You acknowledge and agree that E4 Enrichment is not responsible in any manner for such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. E4 Enrichment will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any actual or alleged damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

8. Modifications of the Service
E4 Enrichment reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend or terminate the services (or any part thereof), and/or use of or access to them, with or without notice. E4 Enrichment may also delete, or bar access to or use of, all related information and features. E4 Enrichment will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or termination of service, or loss of related information. E4 Enrichment may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on their Website.

9. Termination of Service
E4 Enrichment reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the membership of any Visitor, Student with or without notice at any time in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason. You agree that, if you are suspended and/or terminated, you will make no further use of the Website after termination or during the suspension.
10. Disclaimers
USE OF THE E4 ENRICHMENT WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, AND “WITH ALL FAULTS” BASIS. TUTORFUSE DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM OBTAINING ANY CONTENT FROM OR USE OF THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES.

THE WEBSITE OFFERS TUTORING SERVICES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT E4 ENRICHMENT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OR CONDUCT, WHETHER ON OR OFF THE WEBSITE, OF ANY VISITOR INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION STUDENTS AND MEMBERS.
12. Assumption of Risk
You agree and understand that you assume all risks when using the Website, including without limitation any and all of the risks associated with any online or offline interactions with other Visitors.
